Congratulations to Andrea for making her old dress look like a new dress.

"I started my fitness journey in 2018. My doctor told me I was prediabetic and I was scared. I couldn’t believe that I had let things go that far. How did I get to be over 200 pounds? My immediate goal was to reverse my numbers. I needed to lower my A1c and my blood pressure. I was on Facebook one day and a video popped up for a local trainer. I called and found out that Coach Moe trained right around the corner from my house. Perfect.

My biggest struggles were and still are sweets and wine, however I’m learning to do better with them both. At the beginning I was afraid of not being able to keep up with the other clients. I was competitive in my head. When I started they embraced me and we were all out of breath together lol. Misery loves company. Just kidding. It’s like birds of a feather flock together. We were all there for the same reason; to get better.

I am surprised that I like working out so much. I train with Coach Moe and I do Zumba on my off days. I realize that having trainers you enjoy being around make it easier to stay consistent. I almost never miss a workout and there have been times that I have exercised 7 days straight. My friends and family know my commitment and they know to never interfere with my workouts. My sister is happily surprised that I have become so active.

I love my progress, I will never go back to being 200 plus again. I have definition in my arms, and I can do a plank without a second thought. I have more energy and I am strong. It’s also nice that people do not believe that I am 50.

I enjoy training with Coach because he gives more than what you can expect from a trainer. He created a bond that allowed me to be open and honest, and that’s big because I am a private person. He has also created a group page that allows his clients to collaborate with one another. You will never beat his prices in comparison to all he offers and he is amazingly flexible with scheduling. Oh, and by the way, his workouts playlists are always popping."
