Emotions are energy. You don’t just think sadness—you feel it. You don’t just say you’re angry—you feel that heat. Stress? You feel it in your body. That’s energy moving through you, and it’s real.
Now, here’s the truth: you can either let that energy control you, or you can use it. Too many people let emotions push them into negative outlets—drinking, drugs, or the number one drug in the world: sugar. Those things only make life harder in the long run.
But if you flip the script and take that emotional energy into exercise, you change the outcome. Instead of being weighed down, you get stronger—physically and mentally. Exercise becomes the outlet, the transformation, the way you turn negative energy into positive growth.
So the next time you feel those emotions building up, don’t numb them. Use them. Move your body. Push yourself. Build the best version of you.
