Cocoon Stage

A lot of us know the story—but only the surface.

Caterpillar. Cocoon. Butterfly.

We skip the struggle.

We skip the pain.

But I found out the cocoon… isn’t something it spins.

No—it splits its skin.

It turns inside out.

And inside that skin, it digests itself—eats away everything it no longer needs.

That’s not evolution. That’s sacrifice.

And somehow, through that dark, painful process,

It becomes something new.

The legs it needed before? Gone.

New ones come. Stronger.

Wings emerge.

And it flies.

Now here’s the question:

What are you willing to do for your metamorphosis?

Are you willing to go inside yourself?

To deal with your weakness? To sit in your silence?

To face yourself—raw, honest, and unfiltered?

Because nobody helped the caterpillar.

It had to go through it.

Alone.

And maybe that’s what you need right now.

To shut out the world.

To go inside.

To break down, digest, transform.

Because what crawled in,

is not what flies out.
